I’ve been coaching clients and facilitating their self-growth, helping them find healthier lifestyles, anxiety, stress management techniques, HRV, quality sleep, a balance between their professional and personal lives, and ways to be more mindful every day.

If you are feeling overwhelmed by life’s demands, my services aim to introduce clarity and self-motivation.

I also teach techniques for managing emotional stresses to help you live a more meaningful life. We will work together so that you can reach your health and wellness goals.

My Story

Throughout my life, I have struggled with many health issues from heart disease to insulin resistance. I have seen countless specialists that cared deeply and were passionate about helping me get better. However, no matter how many specialists I saw or medications I tried, I wasn’t getting better, in fact, with each year that passed, it seemed as if I was getting worse. I finally decided to take control of my own health. I did my own research, became my own healer and a biohacker, and took a holistic approach to my health. I slowly started to feel better, the more I educated myself, the better I got. I experimented on myself until my body responded with positive results. I am always tweaking and adjusting my self-care routine that encompasses nutrition, exercise, supplements, sleep, meditation, and constantly reprioritizing my daily life.

I know what it’s like to have an unhealthy relationship with food. I spent countless hours in the gym exercising, and then afterward eating nonstop and never feeling full, feeling tired, getting brain fog, jitters, and being constantly impatient. My personal experiences, research, and education have given me extensive knowledge when it comes to nutrition, physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual roadblocks. I know how it feels to be alone as you struggle through life’s challenges, and this is why I became a coach. I am passionate about helping others find a path to a better and healthier lifestyle and a more meaningful life.

My purpose is to help you finally take control of your health. I’ve done the research, so you don’t need to spend hours of your own valuable time trying to find answers. I can help guide you in the right direction, using methods that work best for you and your lifestyle.

I hold a BS in Computer Science from WestConn.
Before I became a coach, I had over 20+ years of experience working in the R&D departments of MatrixOne and Dassault Systemes as the Director of Engineering & Quality.  My responsibilities included developing, testing, designing, and managing products, as well as creating processes & procedures for all of R&D, and managing external audits.
